Maybe I am misunderstanding how this is supposed to work but it seems like they have the on/off backwards. The safety lock locks it "off". And the handle won't stay "on" because there is no safety lock, making this nearly useless for lifting anything because it'd just detach and fall. It's moot anyways because I can easily pull this off a chunk of sheet steel by hand so I doubt it would hold anything heavy enough to require this to lift with anyways. I thought I was misunderstanding something so I went to the instructions, but they are written poorly, and seem to just verify this thing is built backwards, near as I can tell.
