I bought this book on Kindle before really thinking it through. I have really enjoyed the book but the Kindle formatting is a bit off and I think you need it in paperback to use it to its full advantage. I am now on to buy it again in paperback. The recipes look interesting but I have not tried them - I will wait to have the book in hand.This book is very helpful to get you motivated and thinking about small changes that can be added to your daily life. It is a very no-nonsense approach and she explains why but doesn't drag out the explanation like some diet books do. It goes very well with her walking videos which I love!Just wanted to say also - I love my Kindle! This review is not a slam against it - just wanted to point out it might not be the best mode for books that have a workbook format.
